संक्षेप में — पाठ पढ़ने के लिए कोई खाता नहीं बनता; नाम, कक्षा और चित्र केवल फ़ोन में
रहते हैं और app हटाते ही मिट जाते हैं। server पर केवल प्रतियोगिता से जुड़ा थोड़ा
विवरण रहता है — उसे आप नीचे के तरीक़े से हटवा सकते हैं।
१. app के भीतर से
- app में नीचे "अधिक" खोलिए।
- विद्यार्थी-card के कोने में ⋮ दबाइए।
- "इस विद्यार्थी को हटाइए" → "हाँ, हटाइए" दबाइए।
इससे server पर इस फ़ोन और विद्यार्थी का जोड़ तुरंत टूट जाता है। फ़ोन में रखा बाक़ी सब विवरण
app हटाने (uninstall) पर अपने आप मिट जाता है।
२. server से पूरा विवरण मिटवाना
प्रवेश संख्या और विद्यालय का नाम लिखकर हमें ई-मेल या WhatsApp कीजिए। हम पहचान की पुष्टि करके
३० दिन के भीतर विवरण मिटा देंगे और उत्तर में बता देंगे।
क्या मिटेगा
- फ़ोन की पहचान के लिए app का बनाया यादृच्छिक अंक (फ़ोन की कोई पक्की पहचान नहीं)
- उस विद्यार्थी के सारे प्रतियोगिता-पर्चे — दिए गए उत्तर, अंक और क्रम
क्या रहेगा
- विद्यार्थी का मूल विवरण (नाम, कक्षा, प्रवेश संख्या, जन्म-तिथि, लिंग) — यह विद्यालय का
अभिलेख है, जिसे विद्यालय प्रतियोगिता के मिलान के लिए देता है। इसे हटवाने के लिए विद्यालय से
कहिए; विद्यालय के कहने पर हम इसे भी हटा देते हैं।
server के सुरक्षा-backup में मिटाया हुआ विवरण अधिक से अधिक ३० दिन और रह सकता है, फिर वह भी
अपने आप मिट जाता है।

In short — no account is created to read the lessons; name, class and picture stay on
the phone and are removed when the app is uninstalled. Only a little competition-related data is kept
on our server, and you can have it deleted as described below.
1. From inside the app
- Open "More" at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ⋮ on the student card.
- Tap "Remove this student" and confirm.
This immediately removes the link between this phone and the student on our server. Everything else
stored on the phone is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
2. Deleting all data from our server
Email or WhatsApp us with the admission number and school name. After confirming the request we
delete the data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Deleted
- The random identifier the app creates for the phone (not a permanent device ID)
- All of the student's competition papers — answers, marks and rank
Kept
- The student's basic record (name, class, admission number, date of birth, gender) — this is the
school's record, provided by the school for competition matching. Ask the school to
remove it; on the school's request we delete it too.
Deleted data may remain in server security backups for at most 30 more days, after which it is
removed automatically.
